Refund Policy: You have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you return your order, you will have your payment returned less any delivery costs incurred by Presco UK Ltd T/A Colbrook Binding for the original delivery of same. Goods must be returned unused, in the original undamaged packaging and resaleable.
Returned goods - No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with Colbrook Binding. Goods specially cut to length or manufactured to order (i.e. slide bars, elastic products) may not be returned or exchanged
for credit. Please call if you have any enquiries regarding your purchase and the production. Products must be returned in their full and original state, and without any missing items.

Claims - For non-delivery of goods dispatched by Presco UK Ltd T/A Colbrook Binding must be made within 10 days of invoice date. Claims for goods damaged in transit should be made within 3 days of receipt. Goods damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged with the delivering courier.
Payment: Strictly 30 days net on approved credit accounts
Pricing: All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification.
Colours: Whilst every care is taken in reproducing colours accurately for this brochure, due to the printing process, same should only be used as a guide. Samples are always available.
Adhesive Tapes: While guidance is given as to suitable uses for tapes, it is impossible to guarantee that they will work in every situation due to unknown variables of surfaces, environment, chemicals and temperature, We supply free samples for customer to check suitability of any tape.
